  Great welcome and super pub grub! Selina and team always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food is always great and served promptly. Excellent range of beers and particularly ciders. Recommended!

  Please don't go to this pub! I want it all for myself!!
  Called in last night after hearing good reports , and although we were bullied out of the last steak pie , the wife opted for a very tasty chicken Kiev and I went for the 8oz Rump .... Which ended up being a 16oz Rump because the chef "just fancied cooking two"... Kinda sums the place up in a nutshell .
  Food was perfect, drinks were even better..... I fancied a couple of pints of hand pulled and ended up having 6, followed by what was left in one of the single malt bottles ... On the house.
  Fellow customers of the same ilk as landlord/lady....(with dog) a passing walker (also with his dog) had a few more sherbets that he intended, hope he got his tent up.... the local bar fly who thinks the aim of the game of pool is to pot the black first...(no dog) and the 3 village gays all made it a brilliant night for a us (and our dog)
  The landlord is a font of knowledge on anything that can be killed and put on a plate.... Great crack and in turn created a great atmosphere.
  A hidden Gem.... Like I said , please don't go there..... I want it all for me.

  Loads of great cider, chilled atmosphere, best pork ribs I've ever had, and everyone else I was with had nothing but praise for the food either
